Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush in Flush, Dazzled and Captivating

I’d never tried any of Tarte’s amazing rich, highly pigmented Amazonian Clay Blushes, so was really excited to hear there’s now an easy way to buy them in the UK. A range of Tarte products are now available online at QVC, including a number of shades of these classic Blushes.

The blushes have an amazing colour to them that can be easily blended in to create the look you want. They can be layered up for a bright, colourful look, or lightly applied for a really natural glow. I love using the darker shades for contouring too, some of the more brown-toned shades work great as bronzers also.

The packaging is beautiful, the little mirrored compact is so handy and I love that the outer packaging is the same shade as the inner product, making them so easy to grab the colour you want out of the drawer. The simple outer hides a really lovely imprint on the inner blush compact too, which is a lovely little extra.

My favourite shade is definitely Captivating, which is being picked up a lot more than the other two at the moment. Although I do feel like it’s a bit more of a summery shade and that flush is a lot more apt for this time of the year here in the UK, what with winter just around the corner.

    I love Tarte. It's one of the things that made moving to Brighton from Canada the hardest. My favourite is Exposed because it's quite natural and looks really nice when I use the Kevyn Aucoin sculpting powder to contour. :)

  74. If you can get your hands on a palette do it! They are such a great deal and I reach for mine all of the time! I have matte shades and they just look so natural and beautiful on the cheeks. The blushes also last forever because they are so pigmented all you need is to tap your brush once or twice in the color.

  98. I just started using Tarte products, and my first one was the Amazonian Clay foundation and I loved it! I think I'd love the blushes too because the colour selection is very nice. The darker shade is my favourite because U love my bronzer!

  112. Gotta say I'm more of a fan of peach/skin toned blushes than pinks too! I always find that pink blushes look kinda fake or something on your face. Like your skin should never be that colour? Haha.

    oh my, the three colors are gorgeous but I think I'd choose 'dazzled' first? hahah I don't really know, but since I already have one that is almost the same color as 'flush' that would be the last one I'd buy. Is 'captivating' an orangely color or is it just my computer trying to trick me?

  154. If you think THOSE are amazing, you should try the Tarte Airblush Maracuja Blush. It is AMAZING. I have very dry skin, and I like this so much more than the Amazonian Clay.
